BERLIN NIGHTCLUB CAPACITY WILL BE LOWERED TO 50%

Nightclubs in Berlin will reduce the capacity limit up to 50%.

The restrictions take effect from Saturday, November 27, amid an increase in the number of cases of COVID 19.

These restrictions will remain in effect until December 19, after which they will be revised.

Under the new 2G Plus rule, organizers will now also be required to test negative when entering nightclubs, even if they have already recovered or received both doses of vaccine.

These restrictions will also affect shops, hotels, educational centers, and even Christmas markets.

Club owners are eligible for government support, but fear that payments could take months.

Nightclubs in Bavaria have now completely closed due to a lockdown that will last for three weeks, and venues will be closed until Christmas, since 23 November, the largest number of cases was recorded in one day - 68,000 new cases.
